We are on the lookout for Plumbers, Heat Engineers and Electricians. We are recruiting nationally in all areas. Engineers will be required to cover a geographical area and may from time to time be requested to travel. But don’t worry suitable expenses and remuneration will be provided.

Not fit a Heat Pump before. Don’t worry we will provide bespoke training and onsite and offsite mentoring. We have learnt that our installs are only as good as our installer. We will support you to be one of our Tribe.

Role Summary

  • You will work as part of a Team installing Low Carbon Technologies
  • You will work with an Electrical Commissioning Engineer
  • You will learn about new technologies
  • You will learn to design and specify products and projects
  • You will be empowered and supported to make onsite decisions to suit customers needs
  • We expect you to be experienced in the installation of heating systems. Air Source Heat Pump is a plus.
  • You will possess knowledge of Hot and Cold-water systems.
  • You will need a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Heat and Plumbing
  • WRAS Water
  • Gas Safe qualified
  • BPEC Level 3

Role Summary

  • You will need Appropriate electrical qualifications. Electrical Core skills to level 3 in Installation. City and Guilds 236 or Equivalent. BS7671 Requirements for Electrcal installations 18th Inspection and testing certification to City and Guilds 2391 or Equivalent.
  • 2 Years experience in Domestic or Commercial Installations
  • Great Verbal Communication
  • Full Valid UK driving License
  • You will need the ability to work under pressure
  • You will be empowered and supported to make onsite decisions to suit customers needs
  • You will learn about new technologies
  • You will work with a Plumber and Heating Engineers

Technical Monitoring Inspector

We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Technical Monitoring Inspector to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Technical Monitoring Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our newly fitted renewable heating systems. This customer-facing role requires a mix of technical skills, hands-on work, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical monitoring of newly installed renewable heating systems, including air source heat pumps and solar PV panels.
  • Use a smartphone app to record and report findings. (All training will be given)
  • Report any photographic evidence for reporting purposes.
  • Perform light hands-on tasks such as plumbing, woodwork, heavy lifting, rubbish removal, and system setups.
  • Engage with customers, conduct reviews, and promote service packages.
  • Travel frequently and stay overnight (3-4 nights per week) as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in heating/plumbing is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong technical and practical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home frequently.

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,000 yearly

Job Description:

We are currently seeking diligent and experienced Office Administrators to join our dynamic team. These roles are crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, with a focus on providing a high standard of professional support of our technical installation teams, ensuring the delivery of the company goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support our installation and design teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Electronic indexing of correspondence and creation of workflow tasks using multiple systems (full training will be provided)
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve a range of queries
  • Handling and processing of payment receipts, heat loss and evidence documents and returned mail
  • Providing phone cover and reception duties, answering queries raised by employees and clients
  • Additional ad-hoc activities as required
